Regional Management in place for quick resolution to issues and for added support locally.

Complete formalized training program mandatory for all levels to complete.  Demonstration Manager training is ongoing and focused on H.R. procedures as well as training & motivating demonstration teams.

Vendor and brand specific training sessions can be coordinated by Head Office on request.

All employees must complete Costco’s Food & Safety program.     

Incentive programs are created based on program specifics.

Vendors are encouraged to participate in incentive programs for their brands.

Bi-annual 'Vendor Days' are organized to provide a forum for a vendor to meet face to face with PWD's team.
